Established on March 1, 2015, the Firefighting Museum commemorates over a century of Indonesian firefighting services. It stands next to an active fire station and showcases the culture, bravery, and tools of firefighters across different eras. 

Visitors get to learn how firefighting evolved from manual methods to modern techniques, with displays of authentic gear, vehicles, and artifacts.

The museum collections include: 

  • Vintage firefighting vehicles — classic fire trucks once used by the Jakarta Fire Department.
  • Historical helmets and personal protective equipment — showing changes in design and safety over the years.
  • Antique fire alarm bells and signaling tools — once used before modern sirens.
