Masjid Ageng Pakualaman

Pakualaman Mosque was built in 1850 AD during the reign of Sri Paku Alam II (1829-1858 AD). The mosque's construction is marked by the presence of a slate on the wall of the mosque's porch. The inscriptions are written in two Arabic letters and two Javanese letters. After repairs, the Javanese inscriptions are located to the north and south of the mosque, while the Arabic inscriptions are located to the north and south of the entrance. The Puro Pakualaman Grand Mosque consists of three parts: the main part (for prayer), the porch, and the terrace. The mosque is rectangular in shape and originally consisted of a prayer room and a porch.
