The 2025 Limboto Lake Enchantment Festival (FPDL) is a manifestation of the enthusiasm and awareness of all parties towards the preservation of Lake Limboto as a tourist attraction rich in biodiversity and cultural values, as well as Gorontalo customs, which to this day are still very strong in terms of rituals, procedures, and rules of life governed by Gorontalo customs with its philosophy of Adat Bersendikan Syara, Syara bersendikan Kitabullah (Customs based on Sharia, Sharia based on the Holy Book).
