This mountain is known as the most active volcano in Indonesia, standing at 2,072 meters above sea level (mdpl). The hike can be accessed via Kedakan Hamlet, Kenalan Village, Pakis District, Magelang, with a trail length of around 8.1 km. For transportation, you can fly to Jogja Airport or Solo Airport, or take a train from Surabaya, Malang, or Jakarta. Public or private vehicles can also be used to reach the starting point. Being a volcanic mountain, it's possible to climb two peaks in a single trip.
