Ubud Open Studios

Ubud Open Studios is an annual hallmark festival that celebrates the rich artistic and creative landscape of Ubud and Gianyar. This event offers visitors a rare chance to step inside artists’ studios, meet local and international creators, and witness their creative process firsthand. Designed to be inclusive, the festival features studio tours, artist talks, workshops, exhibitions, and live demonstrations—creating an inspiring and educational experience.

The 2026 theme, “Roots and Routes: Every Door a Discovery,” positions Ubud–Gianyar as a leading cultural tourism destination. It highlights Bali’s artistic heritage while bridging traditional craftsmanship with contemporary global practices, strengthening sustainable cultural tourism and supporting the local creative economy.
