How Do I Get to Pulau Macan?
As we do not have our own boat yet, we use a third-party service for guest transportation. These speedboats are equipped with air conditioning and toilet facilities. The size of the boat is determined by the number of guests on the day of departure. The boat departs from Marina Ancol, and we will provide departure details via email once your payment is confirmed. The boat will stop on several islands to drop off other guests. A reminder will be sent one day before departure.
What Are the Departure and Arrival Times for the Boat?
- Departure from Marina Ancol: 8:00 AM (please arrive by 7:30 AM for check-in)
- Departure from Pulau Macan: 2:00 PM
- The boat ride typically takes 2.5 – 3 hours, depending on the weather and boat condition.
Is Pulau Macan Open Every Day, and How Can I Make a Reservation?
Yes, Pulau Macan is open every day. Our reservation hours are from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT+7). To make a reservation, please contact our dedicated reservation team via WhatsApp:

For the best availability, we recommend making reservations 1-3 months in advance for weekends and at least 1 month in advance for weekdays. However, feel free to reach out to our reservation team to confirm room availability.
What Types of Accommodations Are Available, and Which Ones Offer a Direct Sea View?
We offer two main types of accommodations: Oceanfront and Oceanview.

Oceanfront accommodations resemble cottages with open-air designs, featuring bamboo and canvas curtains for privacy. All Oceanfront accommodations include a private deck and provide direct views of the sea.

Oceanview accommodations are enclosed rooms, offering enhanced privacy but do not provide direct access to the sea.
If I Book a Room with a Large Capacity, Will I Be Sharing It with Other Guests?
No, you will not. Pulau Macan Eco Lodge follows a resort concept, ensuring that each booking is dedicated to individual guests or groups, maintaining privacy and exclusivity.
