The Road to Festival Ekonomi Syariah (FESyar) 2026 in East Nusa Tenggara Province is scheduled to take place from 13 February to March 2026, with the main venue at the Bank Indonesia Representative Office of NTT in Kupang, supported by several public venues across the city. This program is part of a national initiative led by Bank Indonesia to strengthen the Islamic economic and financial ecosystem across the country.
The program features a series of educational, empowerment, and promotional activities, particularly targeting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Through this initiative, communities are introduced to inclusive and sustainable Islamic economic practices, including halal certification facilitation, business capacity building, and digital transaction adoption through QRIS. The Road to FESyar also serves as a platform to expand market access for local halal products and to support regional economic growth based on Sharia principles.
This initiative reflects a strategic approach to developing Muslim-friendly destinations through economic empowerment and community-based development.
