The Gelgel Mosque is a place of worship for Muslims in Bali, built by a group of Muslim guards from Majapahit who accompanied King Dalem Ketut Ngelesir back to Bali around the 14th century. The Gelgel village in Klungkung is considered the oldest Muslim settlement in Bali, having existed since the 14th century.
