What Is Surabaya Museum?

Surabaya Museum is a history museum that displays a rich archive of objects and documents linked to the development of Surabaya from its colonial past to the present. Managed by the Surabaya City Government, it provides public access to cultural education and heritage interpretation. 

Initially constructed in the 19th century as a commercial center, Gedung Siola was transformed into a public museum and officially inaugurated on May 3, 2015
