The 68th Union Internationale Des Concierges D’hotels (UICH) Les Clefs d’Or International Congress 2024

The UICH Les Clefs d’Or International Congress 2024 is organized to provide a platform for the annual business meeting and open discussions among members to keep the focus on the well-being of the association. The event is attended by hundreds of international participants from countries such as Argentina, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Germany, Greece, Spain, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Turkey, the Czech Republic, Russia, Portugal, France, New Zealand, Switzerland, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taipei, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Hungary, the United States, Brazil, and Mexico.

Activities during the UICH Les Clefs d’Or International Congress include the Welcome Dinner, UICH Executive Committee Meeting, Les Clefs d'Or Awarding, Conference, Education and Training, Networking, Gala Dinner and Cultural Performance, Spouse Program, Post Tour, as well as environmental actions that are part of the association's mandatory Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. The event was attended by 600 delegates from 46 countries.

Les Clefs d'Or Indonesia is an organization directly affiliated with Les Clefs d'Or International, headquartered in Paris, France. Currently, the international membership of Les Clefs d'Or includes over 3,500 members spread across 46 countries and more than 80 global destinations. Professionals working in hotel concierge services can join as members of UICH Les Clefs d'Or.

The Indonesian Hotel Concierge Association officially joined UICH Les Clefs d'Or in 2018. Currently, there are 28 international members based in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Bali, as well as over 50 national members from various cities in Indonesia.
