Banyuwangi Ethno Carnival (BEC) is one of Banyuwangi’s most iconic cultural festivals, showcasing creative ethnic-inspired costume parades with a new theme each year. As part of the annual Banyuwangi Festival, participants march along a 2.5 km route from Taman Blambangan to the Regent’s Office. BEC serves as a platform for cultural preservation, youth creativity, and tourism promotion.
