The culinary festival is held every month of Ramadhan in the courtyard of the Al-Fatah Mosque, also known as the Great Mosque of Ambon. This event serves as a central hub for the community to gather and purchase various "takjil" and traditional Ambonese delicacies for breaking the fast.
