Krakatau Festival XXXIV

The Krakatau Festival, or more commonly known as K-Fest, was initially held to commemorate the catastrophic eruption of Mount Krakatau (Rakata) in 1883, which changed the world. Today, it has grown into one of the largest cultural and tourism events for the people of Lampung. Held annually, K-Fest showcases the rich culture and traditions of Lampung, while also serving as a platform to promote tourism potential across various regencies and cities in Lampung Province. This year, the festival will take place at one of the province's priority tourist destinations, Siger Park, Bakauheni Harbour City (BHC), in South Lampung Regency, close to the legendary Mount Krakatau.
