Mulud Adat Bayan is a commemoration of the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday, observed through traditional attire and a sacred atmosphere at the Ancient Bayan Beleq Mosque, the oldest mosque in Lombok. The event features the traditional processions of the Sasak Bayan community, including a parade of local harvests, communal prayers, and the reading of ancient manuscripts passed down through generations.
