Amboina International Music Fest

The Amboina International Music Festival (AIMF) returns as a flagship music celebration strengthening Ambon’s status as a UNESCO City of Music. The 2025 edition welcomes international performers from South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, New Zealand, and The Netherlands. Carrying the theme “Nature’s Harmony, Melody of Joy,” AIMF presents cross-cultural performances, traditional-modern collaborations, and the Asia’s Music Cities Forum. More than a music event, AIMF serves as a platform for cultural diplomacy, music education, and creative ecosystem development aligned with the 2030 SDGs.
