Tradisi Meron is an annual celebration by the people of Sukolilo Village, Pati Regency, to commemorate the Prophet Muhammad's birthday, scheduled for August 25, 2026. The tradition features a procession of gunungan (cone-shaped offerings) filled with sticky rice, cucur, once, and ampyang, which are paraded to the Baitul Yaqin Mosque to be blessed. As a symbol of gratitude and a quest for blessings, these offerings are then distributed to the community. This celebration continues to be preserved as a form of thanksgiving and a local cultural identity that strengthens the bonds of the Sukolilo residents.
