Blitar Ethnic National Carnival (BEN Carnival)

Blitar Ethnic National Carnival (BEN Carnival) is an event by the City of Blitar aimed at preserving, embodying, and promoting the values of Pancasila through its rich diversity (Bhinneka Tunggal Ika)—showcasing ethnic traditions, languages, customs, dances, music, songs, and traditional attire. This event aligns with the Grebeg Pancasila cultural ceremony, held annually to commemorate Pancasila Day on June 1.

The 2025 BEN Carnival marks its fourth year since its debut in 2022. It is a tourism and creative economy destination where participants present cultural performances from across Indonesia, from Sabang to Merauke and Miangas to Rote.
