The UPT Museum Pemerintah Kabupaten Belitung is a public museum located in Tanjungpandan, Belitung Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands Province, Indonesia. Also known as Museum Tanjungpandan, this institution preserves historical and cultural artifacts related to the local society, natural resources, and economic history of Belitung.

The museum is owned by the Government of Belitung Regency and managed by the Department of Education and Culture of Belitung as a regional technical unit (UPT). This management structure supports consistent preservation, exhibition, and educational activities in line with regional cultural policy.

The museum’s origins date back to a 1959 directive by the Ministry of Mining of the Republic of Indonesia, which required tin mining companies in Belitung, Bangka, and Singkep to establish museums.
The initial museum was established by the Belitung Tin Mining Company and was inaugurated on March 2, 1962. Later, in June 1994, the museum was transferred to the Belitung Regency Government and renamed Museum Pemerintah Kabupaten Belitung.
In 2008, the museum became part of the regional tourism and culture apparatus and later placed under the Department of Education and Culture to strengthen its role in education and cultural preservation.
