Sungai Alas

The Alas River is the longest river in Aceh Province, stretching 190 km. Rafting trips typically start from Ketambe Village and end at Mbarung Village, covering distances of 12 to 32 km. With a difficulty level of grade 4 (on a scale of 1 to 6), it’s suitable for experienced rafters. Several local rafting operators offer complete packages, including safety training, rafting equipment, and experienced guides.
