Spouse Program KTT G20 Indonesia 2022

The Spouse Program of the G20 Summit Indonesia is a key part of the G20 Summit's peak activities, designed for the spouses of heads of state. The program aims to strengthen communication and socialization among participants and their spouses. This event was organized through collaboration between the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy and the Ministry of State Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia. With the theme “THE JOURNEY: Indonesian Sustainable Living Culture”, the program is intended to serve as an effective tourism promotion strategy by showcasing the exotic, inspiring, festive, elegant, and experiential aspects of Indonesia (Pancaindra Loka). The spouses, who are influential global opinion leaders involved in many international organizations, are expected to spread positive word-of-mouth (WoM), thus potentially driving progress in various sectors, including tourism in Indonesia, both leisure and MICE.
