Maniamolo Fest

Maniamölö Fest is an annual event that started in 2021, initiated by the village of Hilisimaetanö and the Department of Tourism, Culture, Youth, and Sports of South Nias to highlight the village's potential, particularly in tourism, culture, and the creative economy. Arts and cultural attractions are presented by various cultural communities, schools, and locals as a form of preservation and expression of ancestral culture in the cultural land of Maniamölö. Small and medium businesses, including culinary delights, souvenirs, and others, will also be featured at Maniamölö Fest, creating an economic impact for the local community. The event showcases cultural values and local wisdom from the Ori (Village) of Maniamölö, South Nias, and is packaged attractively to become a tourist attraction for both domestic and international visitors.
