Mandar Culture Festival, themed “Preserving Heritage, Weaving the Future,” celebrates Mandar’s rich culture from traditions, language, arts, to maritime heritage. This festival serves as a collaborative space across generations and communities, blending tradition and innovation through dance, music, theater, culinary arts, and the Putera Puteri Sutera Mandar pageant. Organized by Yayasan Badara, it emphasizes cultural preservation as the foundation of Mandar youth identity, while promoting local cuisine, crafts, and authentic cultural tourism experiences that are educational, inspiring, and engaging for both domestic and international visitors.
