Silokek Geopark "Culture Diversity Fertival " Melestarikan Budaya Menjaga Peradaban

The Geopark Silokek Culture Diversity Festival showcases the maarak dulang carnival, a Minangkabau tradition filled with values of unity, gratitude, and respect. Each village presents its cultural identity through traditional arts, customs, and local wisdom, highlighting Sijunjung’s rich heritage. The festival also features traditional games, randai competitions, photo and videography contests, cultural seminars, and local culinary and craft booths. With over 2,000 participants, this event preserves cultural traditions while promoting Silokek Geopark as an authentic cultural tourism destination.
