The cruise port of Celukan Bawang is situated on the west of Singaraja, North Bali. It is the second biggest city in the province, covering over 27 square kilometers. It used to be the administrative centre of Bali during the Dutch colonial era in the mid-1800s and the Japanese occupation during World War II. Today, the north Bali region offers the stunning view of rural Bali that takes visitors far from the crowded tourist spots, with crystal coastlines stretching on the foot of mountains that stand 1,000 meters above sea levels. The port of Celukan Bawang allows easy access to the undiscovered beauty of the island, due to its calm winds and currents.
