Manado is the largest, most-northerly city in Indonesia. Facing the wide open sea while backed by a number of active volcanoes, the city is blessed with breathtaking natural splendors off the coast and its mountainous backyard.

Bunaken Marine Park along with the Manado Tua Islands across the bay, are all already globally loved for its steep walls and fantastic underwater marvels. The active volcanoes Lokon, Soputan, and Dua Saudara offer pristine lush green tropical terrain that is ideal for trekking, eco-tours, bird watching and white water rafting. At the Tangkoko Nature Reserve, you can even have an encounter with the rare, world’s smallest primates, the Tarsiers (tarsius spectrum) and other amazing wildlife of Sulawesi.
