Penglipuran Village Festival

Penglipuran Village Festival 2025 presents the theme Pertiwi: Endless Devotion to The Mother Earth as a Spirit of Generative Tourism, celebrating the rich culture and natural beauty of Penglipuran Village. From July 3–6, 2025, experience a 4-day festival full of exciting events that honor local traditions and the environment.

Highlights include the grand Opening Ceremony, cultural parades, and the Rangda & Mekendang Tunggal Competition. Enjoy the Barista Competition and Baleganjur Contest, live music performances, and the special Megibung feast with the entire village. This festival promotes sustainable tourism, preserves local culture, and raises awareness of environmental protection.
