For those who prefer serious golf, Bintan Lagoon has two superb 18 holes golf courses designed by world renowned Jack Nicklaus and Ian Baker-Finch.

There are a number of Indonesian and upmarket international restaurants spread across its vast premises to satisfy hungry and thirsty guests for casual meals or exclusive dining occasions. If you are looking for true relaxation, indulge in a relaxing spa at the Taman Sari Spa that uses modern techniques with exclusive traditional therapies and massage. The Bintan Lagoon Resort has been certified as green resort by US Green Building Council.

Get There

From Jakarta, capital of Indonesia, Bintan is served daily by Garuda Indonesia, Lion Air with Boeing 737-500 aircrafts  and by Sriwijaya Air  to the modern  Raja Haji Fasibilillah Airport at Tanjung Pinang, capital of the province of Riau Archipelago. It takes 45 minutes by car from the airport at Kijang to reach Bintan Lagoon Resort. Although taxis are available, you can book at the Hotel to fetch you from the airport.

From Singapore, the Bintan Lagoon Ferry has two departures from the Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, namely at 09:00 and 16:00 Singapore Time, while departures from Bintan Lagoon are at 11:45 (Fridays only), 13:00 and 17:10 West Indonesia Time. The journey from Singapore to Bintan Lagoon direct takes 75 minutes.Please note that during the rainy season when there are strong winds and high waves this ferry will not operate. 

You can, however, also take the Bintan Resorts ferry from the Tanah Merah Terminal in Singapore to the north Bintan ferry terminal of Bentan Telani, which is a short 45 minutes journey from Singapore. From here, a hotel coach will take you to the Bintan Lagoon. When you wish to travel from Batam to Bintan, there are also regular ferries from Batam to the Ferry terminal at Tanjung Pinang.
