ITM Intourmarket Russia 2010
DescriptionIntourmarket-2010 –all world tourism industry professionals are annually invited by two leading Russian exhibition companies “Expotour” and “Euroexpo” in the best international exhibition centre of Russia “Crocus Expo” to participate in the one of the most successful international travel fairs.
Nowadays the exhibition is supported by the executive authorities of the Russian Federation, Association of Tour Operators of Russia, Russian Union of Travel Industry, leading Russian aircraft and railway companies as well as World Tourism Organization - specialized agency of the United Nations. What differs “Intourmarket” from others travel fairs? “Hosted Buyers” Program realization, considerable annual increase of the fair’s topics, as well as unique events program.
Тoday it’s much easier to get to “Intourmarket” travel fair! In December 2009 the new metro station “Myakinino” was opened near Pavilion № 2 of IEC “Crocus Expo”. This will considerably increase the number of the fair’s visitors.
Only the participation in “Intourmarket” contributes to the direct business contacts establishment between Russian and foreign participants, gives unique possibility to take part in educational seminars, international conferences, presentations bilateral meetings, as well as helps to the national and foreign tourist product promotion and new investment projects realization.
Unique possibility for tour operators and travel companies is to ensure high indicators during forthcoming spring and summer seasons, to increase inbound and domestic tourist flows.
Real activity and increase of “Intourmarket” travel fair participants confirm the readiness to the new challenges and present new competitive tourist product for the spring-summer season. To ensure fruitful participation in the fair the Organizers will provide free entrance for the visitors, free Internet-centre and reduced tariff of the mail service for the participants.
Maintaining annual traditions international tourist tendencies and world travel destinations will be presented on UN World Tourism Organization stand, meanwhile public-private partnerships in tourism – within the framework of educational seminar, which will be organized by UNWTO and Federal Agency for Tourism on the 15th of March 2010.
Arab Republic of Egypt has received General Country-Partner status of the fair. European region will be presented by most popular travel destinations, including Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Portugal, Romania and others. Such countries as Egypt, Israel, Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia Palestine and Turkey invite all the participants to their colorful expositions during four days of “Intourmarket”. Dominican Republic and Cuba will present Latin American region. Special attention will be drawn to the CIS countries, Russian railways, education in tourism and hotels.
Russian exposition will be allocated in two exhibition halls. All of the Russian regions take part in the anniversary “Intourmarket”. Besides, Altai, Krasnodar, Rostov and Moscow regions, as well as Caucasian Mineral Waters will have largest stands.
Know-how of the exhibition – annual realization of the “Hosted Buyers” program. For the first time the Organizers invited foreign travel agencies to the participation in the program. Moreover, the new topic “Intourinvest” was created in 2009. Main objective of “Intourinvest-2010” is to facilitate the establishment of an agency network for real estate objects selling through travel and real estate agencies in most economically developed regions of Russia and to attract to the exhibition interested visitors for setting up straight contact between the real estate companies and the final buyers.
Every year two Russian companies “Expotour” and “Euroexpo” create comfortable conditions for the “Intourmarket” participants and visitors and contribute to the reinforcement of the fair in the list of world tourism exhibition events. The special attention is usually drawn to the business program of “Intourmarket”. The Organizers invite the representatives of Russian and foreign tourism sphere to take part in the international conference on human resources development for the tourism industry on the 14th of March 2010, in the joint seminar “Public-private partnerships in tourism – methods and solutions for the future”, organized by UN World Tourism Organization and Federal Agency for Tourism of the Russian Federation. Association of Tour Operators of Russia will held photo exhibition in the pavilion’s hall, managers’ certification, individual account and legal consultations etc. On the 15th of March 2010 there will be organized II practical conference “Children travels in Russian and abroad - safety ensuring”.
Tez Tour has received the status of “Intourmarket General Partner”. Within the framework of the forthcoming spring tourist forum leading international tour operator will form large-scale exposition “TEZ World” and will present the main destinations and new tourist products of spring-summer season. Moreover, during the fair “Tez Tour” will organized the annual award ceremony “Tez Worldberry”.

JATA World Tourism Congress is a marketing conference centered around a particular theme relevant to today's travel and tourism professionals. JATA World Travel Fair is both a trade fair featuring a dedicated day for exhibitors to meet one-on-one with the Japanese travel trade and a consumer travel show where destinations and suppliers can showcase their travel offerings and appeal directly to potential Japanese travelers.
As a key industry capable of affecting the overall economy in various ways, the travel industry has taken on a larger role in recent years. On an individual consumer level, expectations are growing for the excitement, cultural exchange and relaxation that can be gained through travel.
The JATA World Travel Fair has taken this latent, universal "dynamism" inherent in travel as its keyword, which we work to pursue and express.
