Sea World Club is owned by a local social foundation YASPEM which is organizing, leading and financing a lot of charity projects in the Maumere and Sikka Region on Flores Island. The founder of YASPEM is the retired German catholic missionary Father Bollen, who since 1958 broke new ground in areas such as agriculture and social welfare on Flores Island. He purchased the ailing resort 1986 with donation from Germany and is still living here.

Today Sea World Club is well-known and a popular destination for divers and travelers from around the world searching for a unique and quiet holiday place. All of the income is returning to local communities and charity projects in our region.

Resting in the rural heartland of Central Java, Amanjiwo is surrounded by extraordinary cultural, physical and spiritual beauty, and embraces its good fortune with serene Yogya (local limestone) arms. The main structure, from which these two arms extend, is a circular limestone monolith, centred by a soaring bell-shaped rotunda. The main structure also houses Amanjiwo’s grand entrance from which a graceful flight of steps leads up to the Rotunda Bar, the stately colonnaded Dining Room and the Terrace, all of which offer incredible views of the Kedu Plain, and the sacred temple of Borobudur.
