Located in the prestigious Tanjung Benoa – Nusa Dua, on the sunrise side of the South-East coast of Bali, S A K A L A occupies a 3,000 square meters venue in an astoninishing two-story Balinese style towers designed by renowned Thai architect and Interior designer. Walking into S A K A L A, patrons will encounter the LED Glass bar, offering an intimate lounge experience. Drawing focus in the Main Room is the 15 meters long – 400 bottles wine cellar and DJ booth. Venturing further into the venue, patrons will encounter the Beach Lounge, an intimate boite with beach views, projection wall and outdoor seating area. In tribute to the tradition on classic mixology, the bar menu will emphasize specialty cocktails with a modern twist.

 

Sakala Bali is contemporary cuisine as modern art. Only the freshest premium products are used and with immediate access to local fishermen and fresh seafood providers, the freshest possible line caught and hand cultivated ingredients of the surrounding ocean are used and shipped in daily. The Executive chef aims to remain true to the past yet allowing for constant dish evolution to provide an ever present search for balance in textures, flavors that is not only pleasing to the palate but also to the eye. Bali’s Climate is a wonderful backdrop to apply intense flavors with multi-layered textures to create a unique dining experience.
